Your own Quality Control on site

From the moment raw material will be processed until the loading of the final goods into the container, the quality of your purchase is checked by us. Whether your specification will be processed in our own factory location or at an external location, ATC is monitoring the goods from beginning till end.

ATC has about 15 graders, they are very well trained to check all steps in the process. For example Moisture content (MC) will be checked not only at the end but starts when raw material comes out of the drying chambers. Further during process MC will be monitored at several moments in time. Of all quality Control measurements we keep good administration.

The ATC way of working of total quality control results in high quality products and guarantees to maintain quality to the required standards.

Each delivery will be finished with test of samples of your specification in our own laboratory. These test can be among others  the check of the finger joint and or the paint system.

ATC uses the KOMO guide lines and rules as a base for all tests. All results can be summarized in a report and added as a required document to your delivery.
